Short-Term Rehab- Skilled Nursing
We understand getting you back on your feet and home safely is our top priority which is why we are able to provide physical, occupational and speech therapy every day of the week as ordered by the patient's physician. Memory Care- Skilled Nursing
Our secure, smaller units range from 12-36 beds, offer a calm environment for those with dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.

Our independent living retirement communities are located in Cincinnati- Symmes Township- The Lodge Retirement Community and Western Hills/ Delhi area- Western Hills Retirement Village.

Assisted Living - Retirement Community
Assisted living is categorized as someone who can still reside in their own apartment and require a little extra help (just not around-the clock care)..

The Lodge Retirement Community offers licensed assisted living apartments with 24-hour nursing assistance for activities of daily living such as: bathing, dressing and grooming, emergency call system, and three delicious meals a day in our dining room, medication monitoring, etc.

Western Hills Retirement Village provides an assistance program called Helping Hands (more information below) that is available to the independent living residents who reside in an apartment. These services are additional charges and provided as needed.
Helping Hands Program for More Assistance- Retirement Community
We are set up to help you maintain independence with our Helping Hands program available for our independent living residents.

On-site nurses and nurse aides are available to help with assistance when you need it such as: medication reminders, blood sugar checks, bathing, dressing, daily bed making, escorts to meals and comfort checks.

Non-medical services, and they are not ordered by a physician. Our team of experts will help assess what services are appropriate for your loved one.

Family members or the resident can also arrange for any service they require.
